The American manufacturer Harley Davidson offers buy-back and exchange on its range of Softail bikes.
The buy-back offer has beenannounced by Harley Davidson India, which states that the company will pay back the purchase cost of the Street 750 and Street Rod, if one has to buy a new bike from Softail range.
Harley India has taken a bizarre move and this will be a tempting offer for current Street customers. If the bike is less than 1 year old, the company will offer the entire ex-showroom value of Street 750 and Street Rod. In addition to this, if the Street 750 or Street Rod is between 12-24 months old, one can receive up-to 75% of the ex-showroom amount.
Currently, the company offers six Softail models in India, ranging from Rs. 12.59 lac (ex-showroom) for Street Bob to Rs. 19.71 lac (ex-showroom) for Heritage Classic. The Low Rider, the Fat Bob, the Fat Boy and the Deluxe are the other bikes offered by Harley Davidson in its Softail range in India.
