Most off-road action we see on YouTube and television always will have a Husqvarna in it. Everybody loves a dirt kicking wheelie popping angry off-road bike. So, the heritage filled company from Sweden is now poised to open market in India. Bajaj-KTM being the foundation, Husqvarna will build and launch the Svartpilen (Black Arrow) and Vitpilen (White Arrow), though not a dirt bike, it is a scrambler. With the first launch of Ducati’s Scrambler, the populace became very intrigued and curious. Since it won’t be outlandishly priced like a Scrambler, The Svartpilen and Vitpilen will be priced around 1.5 to 2 lakhs so it can be a dream come true. Since its being built alongside the KTM 390 it will share similar 373.2cc engine specs. So bluntly it would be like an option between the three. The difference between the Black and White Arrow is that black is an off-road type scrambler fitted with motocross handle bars and mild stubby tyres as of the white is a street type scrambler with low slung split handle bars and grip focus tyres. The motorcycle design and aesthetics such as these are new and will have no competition in the Indian market, so if you want to be the flamboyant and exuberant biker, this is the motorcycle for you.
