The bookings for V-Strom 650 are now open at select showrooms
Suzuki will launch its most affordable adventure cum sport touring motorcycle in India before the festive season this year. The V-Storm 650 is the second middle weight bike to be offered by Suzuki in India.The Japanese brand is all set to add another motorcycle to its made in India Line up. After the GSX-S750, the middle weight adventure bike will fascinate the Indian adventure riding enthusiasts. The most affordable Adventurer from Suzuki gets the designing inspired from V-Storm 1000. The bike features 19 inches alloy rims up front and 17 inches at rear, the Bridgestone Battle Wings tyres offer ample grip. The V-Strom 650 gets a conventional telescopic fork suspension on the front end and a Mono-shock unit with rebound adjustment and a remote pre-load adjuster.
The V-Strom 650 is powered by a 645cc V-twin motor that churns out 71 horses of power and 62 Newtons of peak torque. It also features a switchable two-stage ctaction control, an adjustable high speed windscreen, a dual channel ABS and Suzuki’s Easy Start System (ESS). In the Indian market, the only competetion V-Strom 650 will face is the Kawasaki’s Versys 650.
