The British bike manufacturer Triumph is about to launch six new motorcycles in India by June 2019
The six new motorcycles includes facelift of current models as well as some all new bikes. The company has already revealed three of its bikes i.e. updated Triumph Street twin, Street Scrambler and Scrambler 1200. The other three bikes are likely to be unveiled at EICMA this year.
Triumph Motorcycles currently operates with a number of 16 dealerships across India, and is looking forward to increase the number to 25 in upcoming years. Currently the company operates from tier 1 cities, Triumph aims to increase its business from tier 2 cities as well. Earlier this year, Triumph Motorcycles announced its tie-up with Bajaj to produce motorcycles ranging from 250 to 700cc segment, hence we are more likely to see a good range of bikes in near future. The bikes manufactured under the Triumph-Bajaj platform are likely to be seen on Indian roads around 2021, and will be retailed through Bajaj’s Pro-Biking showrooms across the country.
